"When my Serpent arrived in the post I really had no idea what to expect, how it would sound with my set up or even where to use it in my songs. All I can say is the Serpent blew me away. The sound is so clear and crisp at quieter volumes but when hit hard, a HUGE warm smash explodes from the cymbal. The sustain on this bad boy is incredible! I basically use it as an extra china but only once or twice a song, just to keep it special. The feedback from friends and fellow drummers has been great, people are amazed by it! If you're reading this and you ain't got a Serpent........GET ONE! I'd just like to say thanks to Steve at Serpent Cymbals for his advice, and what an amazing cymbal you have made."

Michael Caputo and his new Sidewinder 17!

"I absolutely LOVE my Serpent.  It's so trashy and washy, it's amazing.  It's awsome for trashy accents, a different sound, and it's an attention grabber.  I've had ALOT of people coming up to me and going 'what is THAT? I love it!' You guy's should make more sizes like splashes and stuff.. I'd buy them :)

{Funny you mention that Michael, the Sidewinder 15's are fresh and tasty!}

I really like the cymbal, with my name on it.  It's a good feeling."
